P&B stands for Police und Behorden as August Menz was targeting Police and Government market for this pistol which was designed to compete with Walther PP.  P&B Special is a very rare pistol. From 1936 till 1937 Menz factory produced only about 3500 pistols. Condition of this pistol is not the best but it is fully functional and has bright bore with strong rifling. Lots of original finish on the frame and some left on the slide. One of the original grip panels missing a large piece. Pistol has all matching numbers and original magazine.
